Where Are The P90X2 Cardio Workouts?

There were several cardio intensive workouts in the original P90X system. Kenpo X was a very popular DVD because it incorporates martial art moves into the cardiovascular pumping workout. You raise your heart rate quite a bit with all that kicking and punching. And don’t forget the Plyometrics workout that has you jumping up and down and side to side like a crazy person. The P90X2 workout workout delivers a whole different experience without any workouts that are solely centered on cardio. The cardio is built in to these workouts. Moving through the program quickly and incorporating loads of explosive movements, your heart rate will always be elevated. Although the Asylum workout uses Max Interval training, it also uses PAP type exercises during the extreme cardio workouts that will also raise your heart rate while enlisting maximum muscle fibers. These are high level workouts for anyone who wants a hard core fitness program. You’ll never be asking where the cardio is when you do the asylum.
